Architectural
Control Committee
The
ACC has created and implemented the Design Standards required by
Article 5.05 of the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements.
In addition to setting the rules for general Property maintenance,
these Design Standards assist homeowners in developing sound
plans for modifications or additions to their homes, without the
possibility of being turned down by the ACC. In many cases, as long
as the guidelines are met, a form requesting prior approval is not
even required. Remember though, if in doubt, just give us a call.

You
still need to gain ACC approval prior to starting your improvement
project. Please contact the ACC at acc@psfhoa.com
for information.
Paulding
County also has regulations that must be followed. If you build
any structure that requires a footing or a concrete slab, or if
you modify your deck or enclose your deck, you must get a building
permit from the County. You can call the County at 770-443-7571.
CONTACT INFORMATION
You can email the Committee at acc@psfhoa.com if you have any questions or issues.
