Pool Committee

Pool season is here. Volunteers are always needed to support the Pool Committee. Please contact Louis McDonald, the Pool Committee Chairman, if you are interested in joining this Committee. You can email Louis at pool@psfhoa.com or call him at 678-314-5441 to volunteer.

Prior to the pool opening, the Pool Committee and Board will review all homeowner accounts to determine whether or not the key issued previously will be reactivated. If the account is current the homeowner's key will be re-activated. If the account has a past due balance of any kind, the key will not be activated until the balance is paid in full.

New homeowners should have received a pool key from the previous owner, if that owner received their key last year. If the owner did not receive a key, and there isn't a past due balance, the new homeowner may contact Louis McDonald at 678-777-7294 to arrange a time to receive their key.

Homeowners who may have lost their key since last year may purchase a new fob for $10/ea. Homeowners may also purchase up to two additional key fobs at a cost of $10/ea.
